Articles

  • 1. We believe in One True and living God, and that there are three Manifestations existing in the Godhead – the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
  • 2. We believe in baptizing as commanded by the Lord Jesus Christ {Matthew 28:19}  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit:
  • 3. We believe in the baptism with the Holy Spirit and that subsequent speaking with other tongues was the initial evidence.
  • 4. We believe that the scriptures of the Old and the New Testament are God’s inspired word, and that they are the only rule of faith and practice.
  • 5. We believe that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God, that he was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, that he was crucified, buried, resurrected from the dead, ascended into heaven and now is at God’s right hand as man’s intercessor.
  • 6. We believe in the doctrine of original sin, and that man is unable to recover himself from the fallen state he is in by nature.
  • 7. We believe that repentance is commanded of God and necessary for forgiveness of sins.
  • 8. We believe that all have sinned; that justification, regeneration and the new birth are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. 
  • 9. We believe that holiness is God’s standard of living for his people; and that there is eternal life for the righteous and everlasting punishment for the wicked.
  • 10. We believe that divine healing is included in God’s plan of salvation. 
  • 11. We believe in the observance of the Lord’s Supper.
  • 12. We believe tithing and free will giving to be the sole scriptural means of supporting God’s cause on earth.
  • 13. We believe in the pre-millennial second coming of Jesus Christ; the resurrection of the righteous dead and the catching away of the living saints in the air; and the reign on earth a thousand years.
  • 14. We believe in washing of the feet. (sign of humbleness)
  • 15. We believe that Jehovah (Yahweh) God of the Old Testament is the Lord Jesus Christ of the New Testament.  The scriptural evidence of the unity of Jehovah God and Lord Jesus Christ proves oneness.
